The Robert F. and Eleonora W. McCabe Foundation, formerly known as The Wahlstrom Foundation, is committed to increasing awareness and acceptance of mental health issues through education and early intervention program. The Foundation focuses on the continuum of services for people in need of mental health care in Indian River County and is committed to finding creative ways to utilize both public funding and private philanthropy to improve access to mental health services for the poor and the needy.
